1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are only eligible for return if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Process for Returns:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
